A break in reviewing..

Hello Addict's

It's been a while since I last made a post(the non promo variety lol).

If you all noticed I changed the layout of the blog once again. I did that because the old layout was well.. getting old, and with all things that are old you have to replace them with new things

.

Speaking of new. I wanted to let you all know that DynoMoon is no longer associated with The House of Books. Even though she has not posted directly on this blog for quiet some time. She ran a sorta co blog or a subdivision of Miss Little Book Addict. So now instead of going to Miss Little Book Addict's YA House of Books for your YA fix. There will be no YA reviews from here or Miss Little Book Addict's YA House of Books.

Unfortunately that sub blog has been deleted by DynoMoon.

Moving on from the news. I wanted to take the time out to explain my headline. I'm pretty sure you all noticed that I have been M.I.A in the review department, only posting cover reveals and promo post lately. I will be posting that for the time being to get the word out on new books and cover reveals. Right now I have to take a break from reviewing.

I'm a little burnt out right now

Here's the deal my son who is 11 will be turning 12 on Friday. I have been focusing on him lately because he needs my attention right now as do my other children. Honestly speaking it's kinda rough juggling work, one child on the spectrum and three other kids. Not really going to go into any details about it but know I am gathering up my strength along with my dork to fight for our son to have a smaller class size so that he can feel comfortable or better yet move him to a school where they are qualified to work with Autistic Children

I have been reading here and there when I get a chance and I finished one hilarious book. My recommended read for you all is

“You’re Scottish,” I point out and he stops in his tracks, smiling back at me. Those dimples show again and I begin to feel a little hot.

“That I am. I am here visiting relatives and decided to help out.” I cannot lie, but I find myself gravitating to his accent. It is rather lovely.

“That is very kind of you,” I offer. I’m smiling again and I do not know why, this conversation seems oddly intimate but we are not talking of anything improper. I am acting responsible, even though I am alone with a very handsome man who seems to be affecting me a lot.

“I like to do what I can,” he wipes his hands on his trousers and I take those few seconds to try and calm my beating heart.

“Have you been here long?” I think to ask.

“Not too long, but I am not planning on heading home just yet,” he winks and it sets my heart off again. I place my hand over my heart, and try to fan my face with my hand. He gives me a funny look and I get the feeling he knows the effect he is having on me. He reaches his hand out to me, and when he touches my arm I become very aware of his hand. I swallow thickly, hoping my throat does not sound too dry, “I am little light headed.”

“Would you like to sit down?” He offers, staring down into my eyes and I see that there are so many different shades of blue in his eyes. They are truly beautiful.
