Have you ever been so angry that hitting things felt good? Or so numb that you
actually felt high? The past few years have been like that for me. Traveling between
fury and indifference with no stops in between.
Some people hate me for it, while others are scared of me. But none of them can
hurt me, because I don't care about anything or anyone.
Except from Until You.
Until you Book Trailer
Seriously I couldn't even put this book in a ratings category but I'm going to give it 5++++ stars
Holy Shhh just when I though how can she top Bully? Penelope Douglas did it with Until you. This is Jared's POV from Bully but not really from Bully. It has important scenes from Bully but you get a whole lot more of what Jared is about. I really loved that she followed Bully but only when she needed to and gave Jared his own voice. I got to read more about Jared's past and how he came to love and hate Tate. I really can't put into words how Awesome this book/series is. I know it's one of my Top 10 books of 2013. All I can really say is GO DOWNLOAD THIS BOOK!!!!! If you haven't read Bully I suggest you read it to get Tate's POV but it's not necessary to read but, I'm telling you to read it to be more rounded when reading Until You. I cannot wait til Rival is published. Thank you Penelope for that teaser.
*This novel contains adult/mature young adult situations. It is only suitable for ages
**This book is the first in a series but can be read as a STAND ALONE. The next

TITLE: Sweet Rome SERIES: Sweet Home #2 AUTHOR: Tillie Cole GENRE: New Adult Contemporary PUBLICATION DATE: 30th January 2014 REVEAL ORGANISED BY: Kelly @ Have Book Will Read
You met Romeo Prince in the Amazon & USA Today bestselling novel, Sweet Home. Now hear the story from his lips: unbarred, uncensored and raw to the bone.It makes me laugh when I hear that folk think Mol and I rushed into it too fast, spouting that we couldn't possibly have felt what we did for each other in such a short space of time. I say, how the hell would they know? We made it, didn't we? She became my whole life, didn't she? And as for my folks not being real, being true? Tell that to me aged ten, eleven, twelve — damn, all my bastard life — when I was never enough, when I was beaten until I bled for being too good at football and not being everything they'd dreamed: the perfectly dutiful son. Tell that to thousands of kids around the world getting wailed on by asshole parents for whatever stupid reason; tell them that evil don't exist in their eyes. Fuck Romeo and Juliet: this is the story of me and my girl, from my lips. No mushy sentiment, no cheese, just the plain, hard truth, and, because I'm feeling generous, I'm going to let you in on more of our story too. Sweet Rome is a New Adult Companion Novel to Sweet Home — contains adult content, sexual situations and mature topics. Suited for ages 18 and up.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Tillie Cole is a Northern girl through and through. She originates from a place called Teesside on that little but awesomely sunny (okay I exaggerate) Isle called Great Britain. She was brought up surrounded by her English rose mother -- a farmer's daughter, her crazy Scottish father, a savagely sarcastic sister and a multitude of rescue animals and horses.

Title: The Howling Heart
Author: April Bostic
Genre: Adult Paranormal Romance
Published on August 8, 2013 by Eternal Press
Length: 220 pages
Paige Donovan is an ambitious college graduate who aspires to reach the top of the corporate ladder. She’s climbing fast when given the promotion of a lifetime at a prestigious fashion magazine in New York City. Her bright future comes to an unexpected halt after news of her father’s death. She inherits his old cabin in the Colorado Rockies, and just when she thinks her luck couldn’t get any worse, she has a car accident in the mountains and awakens in the small, remote community of Black River.
Soon, she’s engulfed in the mystical world of Varulv---wolves descended from 13th century Scandinavia and blessed by Norse gods with the ability to appear human. Paige is desperate to return home, but never expects to fall for her rescuer, Riley Gray, a charming young werewolf from England who offers her an alternate future with his pack.
Now, she must choose between the career she’s always wanted and the love she’s always dreamed.
Riley walked away and took a few steps toward the river. With his back facing me, he stood while looking at the waterfall. It was a beautiful scene—his tall, shirtless body with his blonde hair tousled and gently blowing in the wind. He took another step and surprised me by kicking off his boots. Then, he leaned down and rolled up his pant legs. He jogged over to a cluster of large rocks, his footing quick and poised, and sat with his bare feet dangling in the water.
I yelled out, "Is it safe to do that?"
He looked at me and laughed lightly. "Yeah, it’s safe. Do you think there are piranhas or crocodiles in the river?" He continued to chuckle, and a toothy smile broke free on my face. "Don't worry. There isn't anything deadly in these waters—just harmless fish, frogs, and Northern Water snakes. They won't hurt you." He beckoned to me. "Come over here and join me. The water is nice and cool." He kicked his feet, making splashes in the water.
I was hesitant to join him, but the water intrigued me. I decided to trust him, so I walked over to the rocks. They were flat, smooth, and slick. My steps were wobbly as I tried to avoid getting a foot stuck in the cracks or slipping on the moss. Once I stood next to him, he looked up at me with a wide smile. I removed my sneakers, peeled off my socks, and rolled up my sweatpants. Riley was right. The water was pleasantly cool and refreshing.
He kicked his feet again, this time making a bigger splash. I tried to outdo him, but my smaller feet were no match for his large ones. We laughed together, but the rushing water overpowered the harmonious sound.
I stole a glance at him while he looked at the river. He leaned back casually on his elbows, and I couldn't help but admire his six-pack abs and toned chest. Little, brown moles spotted his torso, and I imagined playing connect-the-dots with my tongue. His skin enticed me, and I wanted to run my hands all over it. A lustful feeling washed over me, and I swallowed thickly, averting my gaze.
Riley chuckled low in his throat, and I knew he caught me staring. His hand touched my lower back, and I looked at him over my shoulder. A grin spread across his lips as he tugged the shirt hem.
"This is my shirt, isn't it?" My eyes widened, and I whipped my head around. In less than two seconds, my face flushed with heat.
"Um, yes," I mumbled. "Sorry. I borrowed it, because Quinn's clothes were too small for me, and I didn't feel comfortable browsing through Celia's wardrobe." The latter reason was a lie. I was just determined to cover myself with his clothes.
"No worries. I don't mind," he soothed. "You can borrow whatever you want. What's mine is yours, love."
I turned my head slightly to peek at him, grateful his focus was still on the shirt. I recalled the words he spoke earlier. "Let's say hypothetically I did stay here with you. How would we be together when I'm human and you're a wolf?" "If you're referring to us being biologically compatible, Máni and Freya blessed us, so we can breed with humans."
His foot brushed against mine under the water. It came back a second time and then a third. He sat up and scooted closer to me, until our thighs were touching. I looked over at him and almost fell into his seafoam pools. I had to regain control before I did something I would regret...like lean over and kiss those bee-stung lips.

by JB SalsburyWhat do you do when everything you avoid, turns out to be exactly what you need? Easy and predictable, just the way he likes it, Blake Daniels flies through life the way he burns through women: on his terms, no regrets. With his fighting career in full swing, he's on the threshold of title contention. But when his training is compromised by injury, the stakes grow impossibly higher. The rage that fuels his punches also chips away at his focus, and he risks losing everything he cares about. He won’t let that happen. Not again. Layla’s through with men. After a marriage that never should’ve happened, she hopes to reclaim the pieces of the woman she lost years ago. Emotional abuse has left her insecure and terrified. A master at faking what she’s not feeling, she masks her self-doubt in false confidence. She’ll never let another man hurt her. Not again. Chased by shadows of the past, Blake and Layla know what they don’t want, but their hearts have a different plan. As a web of lies and betrayal threatens to destroy them, they’re forced to make a choice. Is love enough to heal even the deepest wounds?
5 stars out of 5
Where to begin except for grab you tissues because your going to need it. Layla and her daughter Elle have packed up and moved to Las Vegas for a fresh start and away from the emotional pain her ex caused her that still effects her. What I like about Layla is that even though she feels she has to put on a mask that shows confidence she really does have it even when she feels like she's at her weakest. She has been though a whole lot with her ex husband and she is trying to make a better life for her and her 16 year old daughter, even though love was not in the cards for her Blake appears. I love how he brings the sass out in her. Don't get me wrong the prologue explains a lot about why Blake is the way he is and he also has his fair share of baggage also. But when Layla begins to open up and let Blake in he see's what makes Layla ticks, he is determined to protect Layla and Elle. But he also wants to run for the hills because of all the issues that Layla has. Their attraction between each other is what keeps pulling him back in. And speaking about attraction holy smokes it's hot lol. This story had me reading it at inappropriate times( ex. work thank god for smartphones lol). But seriously the two of them face numerous hurdles of self revelations about themselves to see the bigger picture that they both are dealing with the same demons. Oh I forgot to tell you that Blake is a MMA fighter(so hot lol). And that this is my first MMA read. I am thinking I need to add more to the list. This book for me is a very good read. I really couldn't stop reading it( hence the previous comment about reading at work lol).
